Project

For my Mindful Product Management course, we were tasked to develop a new experience for Mural. The Mindful Product Management course focuses on developing product management and design sprint skills along with empathy and mindfulness.

My group consisted of two EDI students and one MSIT (information technology) student.

Process - Design Sprint

My group and I performed a multi-step design process to best understand the problem we were seeking to solve as well as the solution spaces. The design sprint was the main deliverable for this course.

Process - Iterative Prototyping

We built out numerous low-fidelity prototypes to perform user testing. This research informed our final decisions.

Process - Product Demo

We built a prototype in order to present the Mural Experts on Demand Intake Process. While Mural Experts on Demand was growing, we were excited to offer a solution to part of the experience.

 

Conclusions
